The Town of Edson is known for our wide range of special events that take place each year throughout the community. We want to help make sure your events go off without a hitch!

A new Special Events Policy has been established to help streamline procedures for residents and businesses planning to hold events in Town parks, open spaces, and roadways.

Organizers must follow guidelines set by Alberta Health Services and complete a special event notification. Organizers must also notify AHS of petting zoos as well as any personal services such as makeup, hair services, face painting, tattoos, sparkle tattoos, etc. More details and application forms can be found at albertahealthservices.ca/eph/page13999.aspx.
